Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Redemption
Gift vouchers may be redeemed in full or in part against purchases from the Cartoon Saloon online store subject to availability.
Non-Exchangeable
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Loss or Theft
Gift vouchers should be treated as cash. Cartoon Saloon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of vouchers. Replacement may be issued at our discretion where proof of purchase is provided.
Restrictions
Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers and may be subject to additional restrictions where required by law.
General
These terms are governed by Irish law, including the Consumer Protection (Gift Vouchers) Act 2019. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
